Hi People, Luca 's here..
tattoo artist working in Berlin in the last 10 years, i'm looking for a 3th person who want to share the flat with us.
Beautiful green area and strategically quiet..i mean, you can enjoy the riverside at the park just in front, crossing the river will be Kreuzberg, walking 5 minutes south Neukölln and 15 minutes north Friedrichshain.. no shopping centers,clubbing or stupid tourists around.
We gonna spend most of the time outside: me at the studio mostly, traveling or home drawing and my flatmate working at the management for a food company from 10 am to 7 pm every day from monday to friday so.. quiet when we are back home most of the time. We re not a couple and we dont wanna have one in the flat ;)
This room it's modest like the flat (No Princes or Princesses here :) and it's made for passengers.. but happy to extend permanence times for good feeling.
Best would be a working person between 27 and 35 with something to do during the day (some people say that age its just a number but they are all 20s :).
Smart, open minded and good vibe people would be appreciated.. and with that i mean a well experienced grown person who knows what living together means..
A Lot of people think that sharing a flat means paying the rent, say hallo twice a day walking to their room and keep close doors all day long, specially in Berlin today.. well, there're better ways..
there is no way for living together without communication, cooperation and flexibility..
so we will like a drink or food together time to time, a nice talk whenever we got the chance and we would have to remember all those boring duties that a flat sharing life requires.
Soo.. No Mama's Boyz/Girls or another boring electro party freak please :) .
Don't take it bad, we just trying to find the right people for good, not making the same mistakes as it happened before..
if you find all those things above as restrictions.. then it's not the right place.
