We have a big mall (Real) with plenty of shops and restaurants just 5 minutes from the apartment and also REWE and ALDI supermarkets are just 10 minutes far by walk.
There are many leisure places around the area - Cinema, different kind of Restaurants and famous clubs and bars like 'Club der Visionäre' are close too.
Besides, we have just 5 minutes by walk the beautiful Treptower Park, where you can chill in the grass, go running or even grab a beer close to the river enjoying the nice views.
Definitely you can really enjoy your free time around the area!
Roommate preferences:
I would like to flat-share with someone that is between 24 - 37 years old, preferable someone that is actively working as I am also working in Berlin, so we could have similar lifestyle :).
I am looking for a calm and respectful person, that is not clubbing and partying so frequently (daily?!) or making loud noises during the night.
Parties are NOT allowed in the apartment but you can of course invite friends or family to the apartment, or organize a lunch/dinner from time to time! :)
Personally, I like having a nice and kind environment at home, for example, talking about how was our day or just going out to have dinner together but doesn't necessary need to be a social flat-sharing if you prefer to have your own space :).
IMPORTANT: The desired person must speak English or Spanish, otherwise the communication could be problematic between us.
