Hi,
I will be subletting my room in a nice and spacious flat in Berlin, as I will be going home to Portugal for a few months (at least until October). The dates are rather flexible, so send me a message and we can figure it out.
The room is spacious and gets plenty of light, would be handed in furnished but there's space in the cellar if you have more furniture that doesn't fit. Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible during these months.
The flat is renovated and in very condition, equiped with everything you need. There is also a nice common outside area with tables where you can enjoy a sunny meal outside.
The apartment is located near Baumschulenweg, just 1min walking to the station where there are connections with S bahn and bus.
It's located in a beautiful street with old buildings, around the area you can also find Lidl, Edeka, Rossman, dm, backeries, cafes, shops, restaurants and, of course, your local Späti and Kebab place.
Just 5min walking you have Plänterwald park for a nice walk or jog along the river. Actually the whole area is surrounded by green areas and there are lakes not so far away either. With a bike you can enjoy a nice and calm, hopefully corona free, summer in Berlin!
The flat is currently shared with Daniela and Daniel (ahah I know). However, due to the current situatuion, they're both probably not really going to be here for most of the summer.
Daniela studies Fashion Design, she speaks German and English and is a very happy and positive person. During these crazy times she's also been safely enjoying some time at home, so she's currently not living in the flat, but might move in at some point.
Daniel is also subletting his room for the summer, so we're still looking for your other flatmate. You can also check his room here:

In our flat we like to cook and share food, watch a movie together sometimes but we still respect each others space and privacy. We'll look for people who seem to be in line with this way of shared living and will try our best to find 2 people who we think will get along!
I'm Madalena, portuguese 22 yo, I moved to Berlin in October to start my 2 year master degree. I will be going home to Portugal at least for the summer, but there might be a chance that I completely move out in October (I will inform in advance).
