Hallo, Ihr Lieben,
wir vermieten ein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer WG. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Sekretär (kleiner Schreibtisch), Bücherregal, Kleiderstange, Kommode und Sessel. Neben Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler gibt es auch einen großen Garten, der zum gesamten Wohnblock gehört. Dort kann man grillen, chillen oder den Eichhörnchen beim Nüssevergraben zuschauen.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich 7 min vom S-Bhf Baumschulenweg entfernt und direkt an der Ecke fahren auch mehrere Busse. Baumschulenweg ist eine ruhige Wohngegend, in der näheren Umgebung kann man wunderbar laufen und spazieren gehen. Es gibt die Königsheide, den Teltower Kanal und den Plänterwald. Nach Neukölln sind es mit dem Fahrrad aber nur 10 min.
Zum exklusiven Paket bekommst Du auch drei tolle Mitbewohner: Erel und Josy (wir sind zusammen) und unseren Hund Hani. Josy ist aus Berlin und arbeitet bei den Grünen - zur Zeit von zu Hause. Sie macht gerne workouts, geht joggen, meditiert und liest gerne. Erel ist aus Israel und macht grade einen Deutschkurs, danach möchte er gerne einen Master in Kunst an der UdK machen. Er guckt gerne Dokus über Tiere und alte Geschichte. Zu Hause kochen wir jeden Tag frisch und spielen viel Gesellschaftsspiele. Wenn nicht grade Lockdown ist, gehen wir gerne Billardspielen oder treffen Freunde. Wir haben einen großen Freundeskreis, von dem unser*e neue*r Mitbewohner*in gerne profitieren kann. Gerne kannst Du unsere alten Mitbewohner*innen kontaktieren, wie es so mit uns war! :-))
Hani haben wir seit vier Monaten, sie ist total unkompliziert, mag alle Menschen, auch Kinder und sie spielt gerne mit anderen Hunden.
Wenn Du also eine WG suchst, wo man sich gut kennt, bist Du bei uns richtig. Schreib' uns einfach und wir können eine Besichtigung (live mit Maske oder online) vereinbaren.

Hello dears,
we rent a cozy room in our flat share. The room is furnished with a bed, secretary (small desk), bookshelf, clothes rail, chest of drawers and armchairs. In addition to the washing machine and dishwasher, there is also a large garden that belongs to the entire apartment block. There you can grill, chill or watch the squirrels burying nuts.
Our apartment is 7 minutes from the Baumschulenweg S-Bahn station and there are several buses right on the corner. Baumschulenweg is a quiet residential area, and the surrounding area is great for running and walking. There is the Königsheide, the Teltower Canal and the Plänterwald. It is only 10 minutes by bike to Neukölln.
With the exclusive package you also get three great roommates: Erel and Josy (we are a couple) and our dog Hani. Josy is from Berlin and works for the Greens - currently from home. She enjoys doing workouts, jogging, meditating and reading. Erel is from Israel and is currently doing a German course, after which he would like to do a master's in art at the UdK. He likes to watch documentaries about animals and ancient history. At home we cook fresh every day and play a lot of board games. When it's not locked down, we like to play pool or meet friends. We have a large group of friends that our new roommate can benefit from.
We have had Hani for four months, she is totally uncomplicated, likes everyone, including children, and she likes to play with other dogs.
