I am renting the room for 1 month.
I wont stay in the room, some of my stuff will be in some shelves in it.
I am offering most of a large bright room in a nice clean apartment that is fully furnished starting from the 8 April until the 12 May.
The apartment is very clean and organized. It is located in Treptow (8 minutes on foot from the sbahn and 2 minutes from a night bus).
We are looking for a new roommate in the apartment for my room. My stuff fills 4 shelves but the rest is empty (1 free shelf one free clothes hanger). I John, am an american guy (37) that has been living in Berlin for a while now. I have studied here at the Berlin school of economics and law and am now working in Management, and there are also a couple of people in their 20ies (Italien Girl In Management and guy from France in management too).
They speak mainly English. I am looking for someone to rent short term.
Lage:
The apartment is really clean and very new and the location is good and the room is a furnished, bright, and the kitchen and bathroom are fully outfitted. There are all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, everything you will need here.
It is very close to S-bahn Platanenweg, less than. 30 minutes away from Alexanderplz.
WG-Leben:
We have a shared fridge and sometimes go shopping together, cook together and eat together, but everything is nicely and clearly separated for each resident.

Wir suchen eine Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und möbeliert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ist in die nächer von S Platanenweg (8 Minuten zu Fuß).

Zu mich, ich john (37) habe hier an der HWR studiert, arbeite jetzt in Management im IT Bereich, und da leben 2 anderen Mitbewohnerninnen.
