Dear friends looking for a sublet,
we are a 15-people WG (incl. 3 kids) and we have one room available for a sublet during the months of September and October.
The room is 25m2 and part of a large property with several houses, workshops and garden and is located in Grünau / Altglienicke. The monthly rent is 450 € all costs included. We are a rather family-style WG and spend a lot of time together, cooking and enjoying dinner (vegan / vegetarian), playing cards, hanging out in the garden...As I will be travelling in September and October, we would be happy if my room finds a good use :wink:
Our house is located outside of Berlin. By bike it takes about 35 minutes to get to Neukölln, by SBahn you can reach most places in Berlin in around 40 minutes. The closest SBahn stations are Altglienicke and Grünau.
