Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für zwei Wochen unter. Angeboten wird ein schön eingerichtetes WG-Zimmer im Altbau mit hohen Wänden direkt beim Treptower Park. Im Zimmer sind mehrere Schränke und Regale, ein großes Bett, eine Couch, ein Tisch und einige Pflanzen. Alles ist auf Gemütlichkeit ausgerichtet. Zudem teilt ihr euch Bad und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit meinen zwei sehr netten und eher ruhigen Mitbewohnern.
I sublet my room for two weeks. It is a nicely furnished shared room in an old building with high walls right next to Treptower Park. In the room are several wardrobes and shelves, a large bed, a couch, a table and some plants. Everything is made to feel comfortable. In addition, you share the bathroom and a very well equipped kitchen with my two very nice and rather quiet roommates.
Die Lage ist einerseits sehr schön ruhig direkt am Karpfenteich im Treptower Park. Hier kann man gut spazierengehen und sich ausruhen. Gleichzeitig ist es nicht weit zu den Szenekiezen Neukölln, Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain, wo ihr gut feiern oder euch unter die Leute mischen könnt. Vor der Tür ist direkt eine Bushaltestelle, mit der ihr gut angebunden seid. Zudem befindet sich die Wohnung zwischen den S-Bahnhaltestellen Treptower Park und Plänterwald, zu denen ihr je ungefähr zehn Minuten lauft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch viele: Netto, Lidl, Aldi und Rewe sind nicht weit weg.
The location is on the one hand very nice and quiet, not far from the carp pond in Treptower Park, where you can take a walk and relax. At the same time, it is not far from the trendy neighborhoods of Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain, where you can party or mingle with the people. There is a bus stop right in front of the door, so you are well connected. In addition, the apartment is located between the S-Bahn stops Treptower Park and Plänterwald, to which you walk about ten minutes each. There are also many shopping opportunities: Netto, Lidl, Aldi and Rewe are not far away.
