I’m flying back to france for christmas holidays, i’m looking for someone to take care of my lovely room from the 18/12 to 06/01.
All equipped with comfy bed, desk, lights and space to put all your stuffs.
Chill artsy vibes around here.
Not a party place.
The whole flat is incredible:
big kitchen all equipped (dish washer washing machine oven & lots of kitchen tools)
living room with quality sound system, sofas everywhere, one wall is only windows, the light is beautiful. can see both sunsets and sunrise.
terrasse with table, chairs, view (top floor) and even scale to access the roof (almost safe, brave people only and please no silly actions)
we also have a “garden room”, extra living room with open roof (we use it to dry clothe, put coats, also a space for yoga dancing painting and other activities that require space)
2 bathrooms, one with a shower and other one with a bath, toilets in both bathrooms.

located near tons of good clubs & bar, really if you want to go out it’s the perfect (super easy to go home with transports after a long night dancing)
Treptower park is litteraly in front of our door, and this park is so huge and beautiful. Perfect for long peaceful walks.
So as you can imagine it’s a quiet&calm neighborhood.
2 amazing flatmates, Dali (37) and Ayed (35). You will probably meet them during the visit.
