die Whg besteht aus zwei Zimmer, Badezimmer und eine große Küche. Das angebotene Zimmer ist hell und halb möbliert. Du brauchst nur eine Matratze mitzubringen. S-Bahn-Station Plänterwald ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Treptower Park mit der Natur ist um die Ecke. Anmeldung ist möglich. Alle Kosten (Internet + ARD Servicebeitrag) sind in der Miete inbegriffen. Die Whg ist in einem Gebäude mit 8 Wohnungen. Das bedeutet, man kann nicht Party machen oder sehr laut Musik hören, besonders spät. Ich habe mich entschieden, das Zimmer zu vermieten, da ich meisten auf der Reise bin oder der ganze Tag unterwegs bin. Ich bin 37 Jahre alt und arbeite in IT Branche, koche und treibe sehr gerne Sport. Ich lerne gerade aktiv Spanisch, deswegen Extra-Bonus für spanischsprachige Mitbewohner-in :).

the apartment consists of two rooms, a bathroom and a large kitchen. The room is bright and semi-furnished. You only need to bring your own mattress. Plänterwald S-Bahn station is only a 5-minute walk away and Treptower Park with nature is around the corner. Registration is possible. All costs (Internet + ARD service fee) are included in the rent. The apartment is in a building with 8 apartments. That means you can't party or listen to very loud music, especially late. I decided to rent the room as I travel most of the time or am out all day. I am 37 years old and work in the IT industry, I love to cook and do sports. I'm actively learning Spanish right now, so extra bonus for Spanish-speaking roommates :).
