Liebe Suchende,
-dieses Zimmer kann nur an Studierende vergeben werden-
weil ich im Sommer sowieso rausgemusst hätte und jetzt schon eine neue WG gefunden habe, wird mein Zimmer ab 1. Mai für einen Monat frei. Die WG ist im Studentendorf Vauban in einem alten Kasernengebäude. Rewe, Alnatura und dm sind zu Fuß in 5 entfernt. Jeden Mittwoch gibt es einen Markt auf dem Alfred-Döblin-Platz. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, hat zwei Fenster und einen schönen Holzfußboden. Die WG verfügt über einen geräumigen Flur, wo man super seine Wäsche trocknen kann, zwei Duschen und drei Toiletten und ein richtig schön helles Küchenwohnzimmer, wo man gut zusammensitzen kann. Zurzeit wohnen hier:
Mohamed: Renewable-Energy-Student mit exzellentem Musikgeschmack
Ziad: Sportstudent und einer, der gerne sein Essen teilt
Julian: Umweltwissenschaftler und Jongleur
Lea: studiert Erziehungswissenschaften; mag Rapmusik
Laura: noch 'ne Sportstudentin, bringt viel Leben in die WG
Jeannine: Medizinstudentin und Organisatorin des WG-Lebens
Ein weiteres Zimmer ist gerade abgeschlossen und steht leer, weil das SWFR noch keinen Nachmieter hat. In der Küche ist abends eigentlich immer was los und auch sonst muss man oft aufpassen, sich nicht festzuquatschen. Ein paar Mal im Monat gibt's 'nen Spieleabend oder eine Party, die man ja mit 7 Leuten in der WG auch in diesen Zeiten machen kann.
Ich habe mich hier echt wohlgefühlt und bin mir sicher es geht dir genau so!

-this room is available for students only-
because I would have had to leave in the summer anyway and have already found a new flat-share, my room will be available from 1st of May for one month. The shared flat is in the student village Vauban in an old barracks building. Rewe, Alnatura and dm are within walking distance. There is a market every Wednesday on Alfred-Döblin-Platz. The room is furnished, has two windows and a nice wooden floor. The flat-sharing community has a spacious hallway where you can dry your laundry, two showers and three toilets, and a really bright kitchen-living room where you can sit together. Currently living here:
Mohamed: Renewable Energy student with excellent taste in music.
Ziad: sports student and someone who likes to share his food
Julian: environmental science student and juggler
Lea: studies education; likes rap music
Laura: another sports student, brings a lot of life into the flat-sharing community
Jeannine: medical student and organiser of the flat-sharing life
Another room has just been locked and is empty because SWFR doesn't have a new tenant yet. There's always something going on in the kitchen in the evenings, and you often have to be careful not to get stuck there. A few times a month there's a games evening or a party, which is easily possible even in this times because everyone needed lives with you.
I really felt at home here and I'm sure you will feel the same way!
