I'm leaving the country for 1,5 months and I'm renting out my beautiful room for a sublet.
The room comes with all the furniture and some plants.
I love plants so it is very important for me that you know how to take care of them 🪴
The room is connected to a balcony which is very comfortable and sunny. It is used by everyone.
The price of the room per month is 550€, for the time in June which is 12 days extra is + 220€
Total price is 770€.
Please come to visit the place and get to know the flatmates.

Closeby Sbahn (S1,S25) and bus (M27, 255, 250) station is Wollankstraße.
The connection to the city center is perfect, it takes about 20 mins, close to the Ringbahn, too.
There is a little stream Panke very close, surrounded by lots of green areas, beautiful for riding the bike.
There are many parks as well.
You will live with Terry and Barbora.
Terry is a musician from Scotland/ Shetland and works in a café.
Barbora is studying music and art event management.
Usually we like to hang around from now and then, cook together or have talks when eating.
Me and Terry are close friends and would spend more time in the freetime too.
We respect each others boundaries and communicate open if something is bothering us.
Everyone has a responsibility for the home, but it's fun!
