Das Zimmer ist 25 m² groß, super hell, hat einen Dielenboden und schönen Stuck an der Decke.
Zudem teilen wir uns als WG ein großes und cozy Wohnzimmer.
Unser Haus liegt an der Ecke Triftstraße/Müllerstraße. Die Bushaltestelle ist quasi direkt ums Eck (120/147), U-Bahn Leopoldplatz 2 Minuten zu Fuß (U6/U9) und Ringbahn (Station Wedding) nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Wir suchen eine neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere 3er WG im Wedding ab 1. August.
Wir, Anton (34) und Matthias(37), schätzen ein entspanntes, harmonisches Zusammenwohnen mit Respekt vor der Privatsphäre des anderen. Während der Woche sind wir stark in unsere Jobs eingebunden (Anton: Recruiter, Matthias: Referent im Ministerium), aber wir freuen uns immer, wenn sich ein Beisammensein am Abend oder Falaffel essen nebenan ergibt. Wir verstehen uns also nicht als Zweck-WG, sondern schätzen das Zusammenleben als Bereicherung.
Uns liegt viel daran, dass die WG sauber und ordentlich ist, und suchen daher eine*n Mitbewohner*in, der*dem das ebenso wichtig ist.
