Hi, ich biete hier meine vollmöblierte und ausgestattete Wohnung in Berlin Wedding / Mitte nahe der Ringbahnstation S+U Wedding zur Zwischenmiete für den August 2023 an. Falls du nur ein WG-Zimmer suchst, habe ich die Anzeige auf ein WG-Zimmer geändert. Ansonsten würde die gesamte Wohnung 1100 Euro Miete kosten. Die genauen Ein- und Auszugsdaten können wir flexibel besprechen. Sie kann entweder von zwei Personen als WG (im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Bettsofa) , einem Paar oder einer Einzelperson bewohnt werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4 OG (ohne Aufzug) und ist lichtdurchflutet, noch recht frisch saniert aus dem letzten Jahr und bietet neben deinem vollmöblierten WG-Zimmer (Bett, Schrank, Regal und Sessel) auch ein Wohnzimmer (in WG-Angebot nicht enthalten, da dann von mir genutzt), ein modernes Badezimmer mit Wanne und Waschmaschine sowie eine geräumige Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und Geräten (Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine mit Milchschäumer, Ofen und Herd, Wisch-Staubsaugerroboter). Die Küchenbasics wie Öle, Gewürze etc. können gern mitverwendet werden.
In den Kosten sind bereits alle Nebenkosten wie Warmwasser etc. enthalten, ebenso wie die WLAN-Nutzung und natürlich auch die Nutzung der Waschmaschine, bei Bedarf auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Saugen und Wischen kannst du in dem Monat gern meinem Staubsaugerroboter überlassen ;)

Hi, I am offering my fully furnished and equipped apartment in Berlin Mitte / Wedding near the Ringbahn station S+U Wedding for interim rent for August 2023. We can flexibly discuss the exact move-in and move-out dates. It can be shared by two people (1300 Euro) with a sofa bed in the living room, a couple or a single person.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) and is flooded with light, freshly renovated from last year and offers your bedroom with furniture, a modern bathroom with tub and washing machine and a spacious kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine with milk frother, oven and stove, wiping vacuum cleaner robot). The kitchen basics such as oils, spices, etc. can also be used by you. The living room would only be included in the full price of 1100 Euro.
The costs already include all ancillary costs such as hot water, the use of Wifi and the washing machine, as well as bed linen and towels if required. And you can leave the vacuuming and wiping to my vacuum cleaner robot for the month ;)
In 4 Minuten Fußweg entfernt liegt die Ringbahnstation S+U Wedding und gleich an der Gerichtstraße und dem Nettelbergplatz fahren diverse Busse ab. Fußläufig ist zudem ein schöner Spazierweg entlang der Panke gelegen, der bis ins Stadtzentrum führt.
Weiter hinten in den Hinterhöfen des Gebäudekomplexes befindet sich die Fabrik 23 mit einer Cross-Fit-Box und kleinen Läden sowie Veranstaltungsräumen und einem kleinen Biergarten.

The Ringbahn station S+U Wedding is a 4-minute walk away and various buses leave right at the Court Street and the Nettelbergplatz. There is also a beautiful walking path along the Panke River, which leads to the city center within walking distance.
Further back in the backyards of the building complex is Fabrik 23 with a cross-fit box and small shops, as well as function rooms and a small beer garden.
Die Wohnung wird nur für einen begrenzten Zeitraum frei, daher nicht komplett freigeräumt. Es wird Platz für Kleideraufbewahrung etc. geben aber trotzdem einige meiner persönlichen Gegenstände für den Zeitraum in der Wohnung bleiben.
Zudem ist das Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht gestattet, da ich keinen Balkon besitze.

The apartment is only available for a limited period of time, so it is not completely cleared of my stuff. There will be space for clothes storage etc. but some of my personal belongings will remain in the apartment for the period.
In addition, smoking is not permitted in the apartment because I do not have a balcony.
