This is an interim rental. I am subletting a fully furnished room from August 06 - November 06 2023, i.e. for a period of three months.
I would prefer to live with a female person in the said period, but this is not a requirement.
The hard facts: beautiful apartment (old building, stucco...), three rooms in total, your room would be large and bright (22 sqm) and fully furnished. Great location (Wedding, near Leopoldplatz), top price (450€). We have a balcony and a bath tub.
You would live with me. I'm 30, a musician, enjoy cozy and chilled vibes at home. But am also open to receive friends at any time. I'm open for any questions.

The apartment is located in the lovely Malplaquetstraße between the subway station Leopoldplatz, subway station Seestraße and subway station Nauener Straße. Everything you need is within walking distance: countless Spätis, good (cheap) food, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The Schillerpark is also just around the corner. We are well connected, U6, U9 and M13 are reachable in 5 minutes. With the Tram you are in 5 minutes at Osloer Straße (U8).
I enjoy community and communal WG spirit in the house.
Drinking a glass of wine together from time to time or cooking together is just as nice as sometimes just chilling in your room and enjoying your peace and quietness :)
No specific ideas though. Let's see how things go :)
