mein alter Mitbewohner ist gerade mit seiner Freundin zusammengezogen und ich suche jetzt einen neuen Mitbewohner für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung!
Das Zimmer ist recht groß und hat ein riesiges Fenster mit einer schönen Aussicht! Es sind auch Möbel vorhanden (hängt davon ab, was man schon hat/braucht).
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht, um glücklich zu sein! Wir haben auch ein großes Badezimmer mit einem großen Fenster und eine gemeinsame Garderobe am Eingang.
Das Haus befindet sich im Wedding, direkt neben den U-Bahnhöfen Nauener Platz und Osloer Straße und hat einen Fahrradabstellplatz.
Man hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann, zu Fuß erreichbar (2 Supermärkte - Lidl und Penny + Apotheke + Bäckerei + öffentliche Verkehrsmittel usw.).
Bitte schreib mir einen kurzen Präsentation über sich selbst (copy paste wird sofort ausgeschlossen) und beantworten die folgenden Fragen: 1) Studierst/arbeitest du? 2) Was machst du in deiner Freizeit? 3) Welche Sprachen sprichst du gerne?
Der Wert der Kaution beträgt 1000eur (2x die Miete) und es gibt eine einmalige Gebühr von 100eur für die gemeinsamen Hausutensilien.

my former roomate just moved in with his girlfriend and I'm now looking for a new roomate for my 2 room flat!
The room is quite big and has a huge window with a beautiful view! There's also furniture available (depends on what you already have/need).
The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you would need to be happy! We also have a big bathroom with a big window and a shared garderobe at the entrance.
The building is located in Wedding, right next to Nauener Platz and Osloer Strasse U-Bahn Stations and has a bike parking place.
One has everything you can ask for walking distance (2 supermarkets - Lidl and Penny + pharmacy + bakery + public transport options and etc).
