Hey everybody,
Im Oktober übernehme ich zusammen mit meiner Freundin eine Wohnung im Wedding (in der Nähe des Leopoldplatzes). Da diese jedoch noch bis Januar außerhalb Berlins arbeitet, suche ich für die nächsten drei Monate noch einen / eine Mitbewohner*in. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 70qm groß und hat drei Zimmer (davon ein Wohnzimmer). Dein Zimmer wäre ungefähr 11-12qm groß. Da wir die Wohnung selbst erst übernehmen, wird diese größtenteils unmöbliert sein und erst im Laufe der Monate befüllt werden. Küche und Bad sind jedoch voll ausgestattet. Die Miete würde insgesamt 600€ inkl. aller Nebenkosten betragen. Leider ist keine Anmeldung möglich.
Kurz zu mir: ich bin 29 und mache gerade meinen Master an der HU fertig. Neben Studium bin ich ziemlich aktiv, sei es jetzt sportlich oder allg. freizeitlich. Am häufigsten sieht man mich wahrscheinlich auf Konzerten und oder in einer der vielen Kneipen, die es im Wedding gibt. Zum Ausgleich wird viel gejoggt, geschwommen und gebouldert (und bald wahrscheinlich auch geboxt). Was das WG-Leben angeht: ich koche gerne (und viel), bin für jedes Gespräch zu haben und generell einfach sehr entspannt (also man braucht keine spez. Pläne oder Pleni).

I'm taking over a new flat in Oct with my girlfriend. Since she's still working outside of Berlin until January, there's an open room left. The place is in Wedding, near Leopoldplatz, has three rooms (1 living room, 2 bedrooms) and a fully furnished kitchen. The room is about 11-12qm big and would be free from October til Jan 1st. The room itself is mostly unfurnished. The rent is 600€ incl. utilities.
I'm a doing my MA right now, like to cook, am cleanly, very laid-back, etc. In my free time, I'm very active, exercise a lot (running, swimming, bouldering) or go to lots of concerts and arts installations.
