Ich werde im Oktober nicht in Berlin sein und möchte in der Zeit meine Wohnung untervermieten, d.h. Du wirst die Wohnung alleine bewohnen. Ggf. kann der Zeitraum auch noch bis 4. November verlängert werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG Vorderhaus und besteht aus einem großen Zimmer, u.a. ausgestattet mit Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch und Fernseher, Esszimmer, Küche und Bad. Das Esszimmer ist direkt neben der Küche und hat einen großen französischen Balkon, der zum Hinterhof gerichtet ist. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, u.a. mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
In dem Haus wohnen vor allem Familien, deshalb wäre es gut, wenn ihr es lieber ruhig und entspannt angeht.

I will not be in Berlin in October and would like to sublet my apartment during that time, meaning you will stay alone in the flat. If necessary, the period can also be extended until November 4.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor front building and consists of a large room, equipped with sofa bed, desk and TV, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The dining room is right next to the kitchen and has a large French balcony facing the backyard. The apartment is well equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher.
In the house live mostly families, so it would be good if you prefer it quiet and relaxed.
4 Minuten vom U9 Nauener Platz entfernt und 15 Minuten vom U6 Leopoldplatz. In der Straße gibt es einen Späti, Bäckerei und türkischen Supermarkt (erreichbar in 2 Minuten). Der nächste Netto, Lidl ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nähe ist auch eine gute Brauerei. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung ist eine sehr gute Pizzeria! Der Schillerpark ist auch in Laufähe.
Vom Wedding aus erreicht man auch gut die anderen Stadteile Berlins.
4 minutes from U9 Nauener Platz and 15 minutes from U6 Leopoldplatz. There is a Späti, bakery and Turkish supermarket in the street(reachable in 2 minutes). The nearest Netto, Lidl is 5 minutes walk away. Right next to it is a good brewery. Directly opposite the apartment is a very good pizzeria! Schillerpark is also within walking distance.
From Wedding you can easily reach the other parts of Berlin.
