Das Zimmer befindet sich im 5. OG im Vorderhaus mit Blick über die Bäume auf dem Sparrplatz. Es ist sehr klein, allerdings sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist 1,8m breit, 4,4m lang und 3m hoch. Wohingegen mein Vormieter hier quasi in einem langen Gang gewohnt hat, habe ich mir ein Hochbett gebaut, was ich gerne mit verkaufen würde. Das Hochbett selbst bringt das Bett auf Fensterhöhe (55cm hoch ohne Matratze), was ein großer Vorteil ist, da das Fenster ebenfalls Zugang zum Balkon ist. Ebenfalls schließt daran mein Schreibtisch (0,75mx1,35m) an, welcher Teil des Bettkonstruktes ist.
Ich würde das Bettkonstrukt sammt Schreibtisch und drei Regalen gerne mit verkaufen. Dafür würde ich mit Anteilen an Küchentisch/Spültisch & Weiterem 180€ verlangen, da die Holzkosten 200 Euro betrugen. Darüber können wir uns aber auch nochmal unterhalten.

The room is located on the 5th floor in the front building with a view over the trees on Sparrplatz. It is very small, but very cozy. The room is 1.8m wide, 4.4m long and 3m high. Whereas my previous tenant lived here virtually in a long corridor, I have built myself a loft bed, which I would like to sell with. The loft bed itself brings the bed to window height (55cm high without mattress), which is a great advantage because the window is also access to the balcony. Also attached to it is my desk (0.75mx1.35m), which is part of the bed construct.
I would like to sell the bed construction together with the desk and three shelves. For this I would ask 180€ with shares of kitchen table/sink table & further, since the wood costs were 200 euros. But we can also talk about it again.
Die Wohnung liegt im wahrscheinlich entspanntesten Teil des Weddings. Im Sprengelkiez machen immer wieder neue Restaurants, Cafes und Bars auf. Beispiele dafür sind die Beste Bar, Freya Fuchs, SİNEMA TRANSTOPIA oder die panke.gallery. Insgesamt ist es trotz allem aber ein sehr entspanntes Viertel, es gibt sehr viele Kitas in der Straße und man findet eigentlich innerhalb weniger Minuten zu jeder Uhrzeit einen offenen Späti oder etwas zu essen. Zu empfehlen ist auch vorallem die Grünanlagen am Nordufer.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden, man ist innerhalb von 4 min an der S+U Wedding (Ring+U6), in 8 min am U Leopoldplatz (U9+U6).
The apartment is located in probably the most relaxed part of Wedding. In Sprengelkiez, new restaurants, cafes and bars are opening all the time. Examples are the Beste Bar, Freya Fuchs, SİNEMA TRANSTOPIA or the panke.gallery. Overall, it is despite everything but a very relaxed neighborhood, there are many Kitas in the street and you can actually find within a few minutes at any time an open Späti or something to eat. The green spaces on the north bank are also highly recommended.
The apartment is very well connected, you are within 4 min at the S+U Wedding (Ring+U6), in 8 min at the U Leopoldplatz (U9+U6).
Die Wohnung besteht aus den vier Zimmern, einer gemeinsamen Küche und einem gemeinsamen Bad. In den 1,5 Jahren, welche ich hier verbracht habe, gab es einige Wechsel der Bewohner*innen, welche allerdings erstaunlicher Weise immer zu Freundschaften geführt haben. Es kommt regelmäßig vor, dass man sich zusammen zum Essen trifft, gemeinsam etwas unternimmt oder auch einfach nur den Abend ausklingen lässt. Die Kommunikation lief immer sehr offen ab.
Aktuell sind zwei Bewohner*innen ursprünglich aus Südamerika und eine aus einer deutschen Stadt, weshalb die umgangssprache miteinander meistens zu Englisch tendiert.
The apartment consists of four rooms, a common kitchen and a common bathroom. In the 1.5 years that I have spent here, there have been several changes of residents, which, surprisingly, have always led to friendships. It happens regularly that people meet for dinner, do something together or just let the evening fade away. Communication has always been very open.
Currently, two residents are originally from South America and one from a German city, which is why the language of communication tends to be English.
Die Wohnung selbst ist eine nicht wirklichen renovierte Altbauwohnung, wie man sie sich in Berlin vorstellt. Alles funktioniert, sieht nur etwas gebraucht aus.
PS: Zusätzlich hat man über das Zimmer einer Mitbewohnerin auf das Dach des Hinterhauses klettern. Hierbei ist allerdings dazu zu sagen, dass dies nicht erlaubt, sondern mehr geduldet wird.
The apartment itself is a not really renovated old building apartment, as you would imagine in Berlin. Everything works, just looks a bit used.
PS: In addition, one has to climb over the room of a roommate on the roof of the rear building. Here, however, it should be said that this is not allowed, but more tolerated.
