Hi there,
We are looking for 2-3 subletters starting now and 5. November, respectively. The rooms are available until the end of December for an intermediate sublet.
The apartment is close to the Amrumer Straße subway station in Wedding. The rooms are approx. 13 and 14 m2 in size and furnished. There is a bathroom for 2 people (two women) and a second bathroom going with a small room (9 m2), a living room that is only partially furnished, a kitchen with a big table.
The rent is €500 warm. There is also WiFi (distributed across 3) and electricity (distributed across 3).
We might be able to help with a room starting 1. January 2024, if you have not been successful finding a place for you. We would have to talk about the possibilities.

wir bieten Zwischenmiete bis Ende Dezember, um die Kosten einer leer stehenden Wohnung zu decken.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom U-Bhf Amrumer Straße im Wedding. Die Zimmer sind ca. 13 und 14 m2 groß und möbliert. Es gibt ein Bad für 2 Personen, ein weitrres Bad, ein Wohnzimmer, das nur noch teilweise möbliert ist, eine Küche, die kurz vor Weihnachten auf eine Art Tee-Küche reduziert werden muss, weil sie zumindest teilweise ausgebaut werden muss.
Die Miete ist 500 € warm. Dazu kommt WiFi (verteilt auf 3) und Strom (verteilt auf 3).
