Mein möbliertes Zimmer ist zur kurzen Zwischenmiete in einer 2er-WG frei: es hat einen wunderschönen Dielenboden und ein großes Fenster zum ruhigen Hinterhof. Möbliert ist es mit einem 160cm-Bett, großen Kleiderschränken (die ich dir gerne zum Teil leerräumen kann bei Bedarf), sowie Nachttischen.
Die Wohnung hat insges. 108qm, Dielenboden, Parkett und Stuck. Gemeinsam genutzte Räume sind: eine Wohnküche (31qm) sowie ein Wohnzimmer (22qm) mit schönem Balkon. Das Tageslichtbad hat eine große Wanne und eine große extra Dusche, Waschmaschine und Fußbodenheizung.
Es ist eine Nichtrauchenden-Wohnung, aber auf dem Balkon kann gerne geraucht werden.
Es gibt Wlan & ein Festnetztelefon :)

My furnished room is available for a few days: it has a beautiful wooden flooring and a large window overlooking the quiet backyard. It is furnished with a 160cm bed, large wardrobes (which I can partly empty for you if required) as well as bedside tables.
The flat has a total of 108 square metres, floorboards, parquet and stucco. Shared rooms are: an open floor plan kitchen (31sqm) and a living room (22sqm) with a nice balcony. The daylight bathroom has a large bathtub and a large extra shower, washing machine and underfloor heating.
It is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
There is wifi & a landline telephone :)
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und super gelegen: Tram 13 u. 50 sowie Bus 106 u. 221 gleich um die Ecke. U6, U9 und Bus 120 in ca. 8 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. In 20 Minuten bist du mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln am Hauptbahnhof und in 10 Minuten an der Ringbahn S Wedding.
Rehberge und Plötzensee sind auch nicht weit.
Viele tolle Imbisse, Frühstückslokale, Restaurants und Kneipen/Bars in der Nähe.
Mittwochs und Samstags gibt es einen super Obst- und Gemüsemarkt um die Ecke. Samstags einen Flohmarkt auf dem Leopoldplatz.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street of Seestraße. Tram 13 and 50 as well as bus 106 and 221 are just around the corner. U6, U9 and bus 120 at walking distance of 8 minutes. 20 minutes by public transport to the main station and 10 minutes by public transport to Ringbahn S Wedding.
Rehberge and Plötzensee are also not far away.
Many great diners, breakfast bars, restaurants and pubs/bars nearby.
There is a great fruit and vegetable market around the corner on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
On Saturdays there is a flea market on Leopoldplatz.

Hier schonmal ein paar Infos zum WG-Leben vorab:
Es ist eine 2er-WG und mit dir wohnen würde noch Eva (32 Jahre, macht gerade ihren Master in Sportpsychologie). Wir suchen eine entspannte Person, die Lust auf ein solidarisches Miteinander hat. Es ist zwar keine reine Zweck-WG, aber gemeinsames Kochen oder zusammen Sachen unternehmen finden wenn eher spontan statt.
Falls du Vegetarier*in oder Veganer*in bist, wäre das toll, ist aber kein Muss.
Wir schätzen Verantwortungsgefühl für den Wohnraum sowie den eigenen Space und wünschen uns respektvollen Umgang mit den alltäglichen aber auch uns ans Herz gewachsenen Dingen der Wohnung.
Es ist absolut keine Party-WG oder Feier-After-Hour-Ort. Die Wohnung einfach auch ein Rückzugsort. Es ist jedoch eine Altbau-Wohnung und entsprechend nie ganz leise.
Wir lieben die Wohnung gerne sauber und aufgeräumt. Wenn wir aber viel zu tun haben, bleibt der Abwasch auch mal stehen.

It's a flat share of 2 people and Eva (32 years old, currently doing her Master's in sports psychology) would live with you. We are looking for a cool person, who is into a solidary way of living together. It's not a purely functional flat share, but cooking together or doing other things together is more likely to happen spontaneously.
If you are vegetarian or vegan, that would be great, but is not a must.
We appreciate a responsible, non-entitled person, who respects personal space, and is also respectful and appreciative towards the furniture and interior.
It's not a party apartment. So if you are in search of an after-hour-clubbing-place, we are not the right one for you. But if you are really sensitive to sound, it isn’t either, since it’s an old building. The apartment is mostly a place of retreat for us.
We love and enjoy the place really clean and tidy. In times of working a lot it can happen that we leave dirty dishes in the sink.
Bei dem Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum bin ich etwas flexibel. Lass mich also gerne wissen, falls dir einen Tag später oder früher besser passen würde.
Im angegebenen Mietbetrag ist wirklich alles enthalten: Miete, NK, Strom, Internet/Telefon, GEZ. Du wirst natürlich keine Nachzahlungen machen müssen und wir setzen gerne einen Untermietvertrag auf, in dem das alles geregelt ist.
Es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller und einen -unterstand im Hof.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Da ist der Vermieter null zu erweichen. :(

I'm a bit flexible with the move-in and move-out dates. So please let me know if a day later or earlier would suit you better.
The rental fee includes everything: Rent, utilities, electricity, internet/telephone, GEZ. Of course, you won't have to make any additional payments later and we'll be happy to draw up a subletting agreement that covers everything.
There is also a bicycle cellar and a bicycle shelter in the courtyard.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The landlord is really strict about this unfortunately. :(
