Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist Richtung Süden ausgerichtet und hat eine große Fensterfront mit Balkon und offener Küche. Durch die Fensterfront ist sie sehr hell und man hat einen schönen Blick. Sie ist voll möbiliert und alles ist vorhanden und wird mitvermietet. Zusätzliche Kosten gibt es nicht. D.h. WLAN, Strom, Warmwasser und GIZ sind inklusive.
Das Wohnzimmer ist großzügig bemessen, zwei weitere Zimmer (Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer) sind ebenfalls sehr schön geschnitten und voll möbiliert. Im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an apartment building with elevator. The apartment is south-facing and has a large window front with balcony and open kitchen. Due to the window front it is very bright and you have a beautiful view. It is fully furnished and everything is included in the rent. There are no additional costs. I.e. WLAN, electricity, hot water and GIZ are included.
The living room is generously sized, two other rooms (bedroom and study) are also very nicely cut and fully furnished. There is a washing machine with dryer function in the bathroom.

Die Wohnlage ist sehr gut. ÖPNV (U-Bahn Haltestelle Seestraße, U6) ist sehr gut erreichbar innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Auch die Straßenbahnlinie M10 ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Busse fahren in 2 minütiger-Entfernung ab. Das Viertel ist durchmischt und geprägt von Wohnbebauung. In der Nähe befindet sich unter anderem ein schönes Café (Wachmacher) und eine nette Privatbrauerei (Vagabund) sowie weitere klassische Berliner Eckkneipen. Innerhalb von 15min ist man zu Fuß am Plötzensee und noch näher ist es zur Parkanlage Rehberge.
The residential area is very good. Public transportation (subway station Seestraße, U6) is easily accessible within 5 minutes. The M10 streetcar line is also only 3 minutes away. Buses leave within 2 minutes. The neighborhood is mixed and characterized by residential buildings. Nearby there is a nice café (Wachmacher) and a nice private brewery (Vagabund) as well as other classic Berlin corner pubs. Within 15 minutes you can walk to Plötzensee and even closer to the Rehberge park.
