Das Zimmer wird mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kallax-Regal, Spiegel, Nachttisch und Kommode eingerichtet sein, aber keine persönlichen Dinge von mir mehr enthalten. 2 Pflanzen bleiben da ;)
Die Küche verfügt über alles nötige was man so braucht (Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Geschirr und weitere Küchenutensilien), man müsste also nichts mitbringen. Das Bad beinhaltet eine Duschwanne, eine Waschmaschine, Toilette und ein Waschbecken mit einem schönen großen Spiegel darüber.
Es gibt einen Innenhof. Falls du rauchst, kannst du da hingehen, aber ich habe auch oft den Balkon von meinem Mitbewohner mit verwendet :)

The room will be furnished with a bed, desk, Kallax-shelf, mirror, night stand and a dresser. It will be free of all my personal stuff until then. 2 plants will stay in the room ;)
The kitchen includes all the necessities (stove, oven, fridge, toaster, dishes and further ktichen utensils). You won't have to bring anything for that. There is a shower tray in the bathroom, as well as a washing machine, the toilette and a sink with a huge mirror above it.
There is an inner courtyard you can use. I sometimes also used the balcony of my flatmate ;)
In ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß im riesigen Rehbergepark oder an der Berliner Hochschule für Technik (BHT), 5-7 Minuten zur Tram Amrumerstraße/Seestraße (M13 und 50) und in 10min an der Seestraße Haltestelle (zusätzlich U6 und Busverbindungen).
In der Nähe der UBahn Seestraße gibt es alle möglichen Läden...Einkaufen, Essen gehen, Kino etc.
In der selben Straße wie die Wohnung sind mitunter Bäcker und eine super Pizzeria. Ein Späti ist auch nicht weit.

Only a few minutes walk to get to the huge Rehberge park. 5-7 minutes walk to reach the Tram station Amrumerstraße/Seestraße (M13 and 50) and 10min to Seestraße station (U6 and busses additionally).
Close to Seestraße station there are many shops...grocery shopping, food places, a cinema and so on.
In the street where the flat is located you can find a bakery and a great pizza place. The next Späti is also not far.
Es ist eine 2er WG. Der einzige andere Mitbewohner ist ein netter Student, der auch einen Werkstudentenjob hat. Somit ist er manchmal im Home Office und manchmal unterwegs tagsüber.
Die WG ist nicht als Party-WG geeignet, aber Musik laufen lassen und zusammen am Tisch in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon quatschen geht immer.

The shared flat is for 2 people. Therefore there is only one flatmate for you. He is a student, who is also working (Sometimes home office).
This is not a place to have huge parties, but listening to music and chatting together at the kitchen table or on the balcony is always a possibility :)
Da ich in meine eigene Wohnung umziehe, ist mein altes Zimmer in der 2er-WG für den Januar frei. Ab Februar sucht der Mitbewohner sich selbst einen Untermieter. Falls Ihr euch also super versteht, kann man mit ihm vielleicht auch über einen längeren Zeitraum reden, das liegt aber nicht in meinen Händen.

Since I move to my own flat, my old room in the shared flat will be available for January. From February on my roommate will search on his own for a more longterm flatmate. If you get along with him very well, you might be able to talk with him about that, but that's out of my hands.
