Es handelt sich um 2 Zimmer, die bisher von mir und meinem Kind als Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer genutzt wurden und dementsprechend auch eingerichtet sind. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich aber auch ein Hochbett und eine Schlafcouch. Das Schlafzimmer ist 14qm groß, das Wohnzimmer 22qm . Die 140qm große Wohnung hat noch 3 weitere Zimmer; in 2en davon leben Anna (alleinerziehende Journalistin) und ihre 2 und 5 Jahre alte Kinder. Ein Zimmer ist ein Spielzimmer. Es gibt 2 Balkone, wovon einer sehr groß ist und zum sonnigen, grünen Hinterhof hinausgeht. Es gibt 2 Bäder, du/ihr hätte(s)t also ein Bad fast für euch. Für Waschmaschine und seltene Badewannenbenutzungen werden allerdings auch Anna und die Kinder mal reingehen.
There are 2 rooms, normally used by me and my child as a bedroom and living room and are furnished accordingly. In the living room there is also a loft bed and a sofa bed. The bedroom is 14sqm, the living room is 22sqm. The 140sqm apartment has 3 more rooms; Anna (single parent journalist) and her 2 and 5 year old children live in 2 of them. One room is a playroom. There are 2 balconies, one of which is very large and faces the sunny, green backyard. There are 2 bathrooms, so you almost have a bathroom to yourself. However, Anna and the children will also go in rarely for the washing machine and infrequent bathtub use.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Exerzierstraße in Wedding. Sie liegt zwischen U8 Pankstr. und Osloer Str. (je ca. 7 min entfernt), auch die U9 Nauener Platz ist in ca. 8 Minuten zu erreichen, sowie die M13 in ca. 7 min. Es gibt alles, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht in nächster Nähe. In der Badstraße befinden sich sämtliche Einkaufsgelegenheiten, Apotheken, Restaurants, Post etc. und auch das Gesundbrunnencenter ist nur eine U-Station oder 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Direkt neben uns ist das bekannte Kater&Goldfisch. An der Panke entlang kann superschön spazieren oder in Cafes/Bars sitzen. Die schöne Bibliothek am Luisenbad ist 5 Minuten entfernt und für klein und groß toll zum stöbern, arbeiten, etc.
The apartment is on Exerzierstrasse in Wedding. It is located between U8 Pankstr. and Osloer Str. (each about 7 minutes away), the U9 Nauener Platz can be reached in about 8 minutes, and the M13 in about 7 minutes. There is everything you need for daily life in the immediate vicinity . All shopping opportunities, pharmacies, restaurants, post offices, etc. are located on Badstrasse and the Gesundbrunnen Center is just a subway station or a 15-minute walk away. Right next to us is the well-known Kater&Goldfisch. You can walk along the Panke or sit in cafes/bars. The beautiful library at Luisenbad is 5 minutes away and is great for young and old to browse, work, etc.
Es ist eine Familien-WG und das sollte man auch mögen. Das bedeutet, es wird auch mal trubelig tagsüber, auch morgens. Und nachts wird es ruhig, weshalb die WG kein Ort für Partys und laute Musik ist. Der Umgang mit Kindern und alles, was zum Familienleben dazu gehört sollte also kein Problem für dich/euch darstellen und du/ihr sollte(s)t auch gewillt sein, dich/euch gewissermaßen an ein Familienleben anpassen zu können (Nachtruhe,...).
It's a family shared apartment and you should be ok with that. That means it gets busy during the day, also in the morning. And it gets quiet at night, which is why the shared apartment is not a place for parties and loud music. Dealing with children and everything that goes with family life shouldn't be a problem for you and you should also be willing to be able to adapt to family life to a certain extent (quietness at night,... ).
Es wird entweder eine Person gesucht, die gerne beide Zimmer zwischenmieten möchte oder ein Paar bzw. Elternteil mit Kind.
