The room is spacious, oriented to the South-East and has plenty of light during the day, even direct sunlight when the Berlin weather allows. It has two windows that look to the courtyard and it is therefore very quiet. The common areas (kitchen and bathroom) are small but well equipped, including a washer-drier. The lamp in the ceiling is a functioning disco-ball :)
The apartment is in Wedding, well connected as it is 2 minutes away by foot to the U-Seestraße U-Bahn and tram. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets in a 5 minutes radius, such as Rewe, DM, Biocompany; and a Lidl 8 minutes away.
In the other room lives an Argentinian musician, who is a nice woman and easy to live with. In March she will move out and the original tenant for her room comes back; he uses the room as a studio but doesn’t live there.
I'm looking for someone that can take the room for the last two months of the contract, as I found a permanent place, and I'm subletting the room for the same that I pay; it includes all costs of electricity, water, heating and internet. Unfortunately it is not possible to have Anmeldung.
It is a building with families and older people so no parties are allowed.
