Das ruhige, zum Innenhof ausgerichtete Zimmer befindet sich im hinteren Teil einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, welche sich im 2. OG befindet. Das Zimmer verfügt über folgende Ausstattung:
– Bett, 1,40m breit
– kleines Regal
– Kleiderstange
– Kommode
– Schreibtisch mit Monitor
– Bluetoothlautsprecher
– Sessel
Die Küche verfügt über Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher und ist mit fast allen Kochutensilien ausgerüstet. Außerdem finden sich hier 3 Stühle und ein Tisch.
Das Bad verfügt über eine Duschwanne, eine Waschmaschine, Regal, WC und Waschbecken.
Die Fotos sind etwas älter. Die Küche ist mittlerweile modernisiert und verfügt über mehr Stauraum und ein schöneres Aussehen. Auch das Zimmer sieht leicht anders aus.

The quiet room facing the inner courtyard is located at the back of a 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor. The room has the following furnishings:

The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer compartment, kettle and is equipped with almost all cooking utensils. There are also 3 chairs and a table.
The bathroom has a shower tray, washing machine, shelf, WC and washbasin.
The photos are a little older. The kitchen has now been modernized and has more storage space and a nicer look. The room also looks slightly different.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Stadtteil Wedding (Bezirk Mitte). Sehr nah liegt ein U-Bahnhof der Linie 6. Mit dieser ist die Friedrichstraße in 9 Minuten erreichbar. Nach nur zwei Stationen gelangt man mit der U6 an die Ringbahn. Außerdem bestehen direkt vor der Tür Bus- und Tramanbindungen in alle Richtungen.
Der Stadtteil ist sehr international geprägt. Der Altersschnitt ist sehr durchmischt, bei jungen Leuten und Studenten wird "der Wedding" immer beliebter.
In 3-5 Minuten sind Rewe, Penny, Kaufland, Lidl, dm, H&M, denn's Biomarkt, BioCompany, Apotheken und verschiedenste Imbisse und Restaurants zu erreichen.
In 10-15 Fußminuten (oder joggend) sind der Schillerpark und der wesentlich größere (und schönere) Volkspark Rehberge zu erreichen.

The apartment is centrally located in the Wedding district (Mitte district). There is a subway station on line 6 very close by, which takes you to Friedrichstraße in 9 minutes. The U6 line takes you to the Ringbahn in just two stops. There are also bus and streetcar connections in all directions right outside the door.
The district is very international. The average age is very mixed, and "Wedding" is becoming increasingly popular with young people and students.
Rewe, Penny, Kaufland, Lidl, dm, H&M, denn's Biomarkt, BioCompany, pharmacies and various snack bars and restaurants can be reached in 3-5 minutes.
The Schillerpark and the much larger (and more beautiful) Volkspark Rehberge are just a 10-15 minute walk (or jog) away.
