Großes (23qm) helles (Südost Ausrichtung) Zimmer mit Stuck an der Decke, Fischgrätparkett und sehr hohen Decken. Direkt vor dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Balkon.
Das Zimmer geht zur größeren Seestraße raus, wenn die Fenster zu sind, ist das ganze allerdings nicht so laut.

The room faces the larger Seestraße, but when the windows are closed, it is not so loud.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U Seestraße, alles drumherum was Menschen brauchen! Essen, Trinken, U6, M13, M50, 2 Stationen zur Ringbahn (SU Wedding), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Schwimmbad, sehr viele Cafés, Plötzensee (10 min), Schillerpark und Rehberge Park, Ärzt*innen, Kino, Fitnessstudio...

(eng below) Wir zelebrieren ein sehr entspanntes, offenes & schönes Zusammenleben.
Wir sind im Moment 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (0 und 6 Jahre), die sich diese Wohnung gemeinsam teilen. Eine unserer Mitbewohnerinnen möchte einmal das alleine wohnen genießen und zieht schweren Herzens aus.
Wir leben schon seit einer Weile zusammen und arbeiten in NGOs und im IT Bereich, d.h. wir haben auch alle einen sehr geregelten Rhythmus und genießen am Wochenende auch gerne mal das Nacht- und Kulturleben (am liebsten Indie und 80er Parties, Gorki oder Kneipe). Wir arbeiten häufig im Home Office, sind also auch oft tagsüber zu Hause - die Größe der Wohnung gibt es aber gut her, dass wir alle unseren eigenen Arbeitsbereich haben. Wir mögen unseren Putzplan und nehmen aufeinander Rücksicht im Zusammenleben.
Wir sind Vegetarier*innen und essen hin und wieder zusammen, quatschen viel, regen uns gerne über das Patriarchat auf und lieben Spiele & Netflix.

We celebrate a very relaxed, open & beautiful life together.
We are currently 3 adults and 2 children (0 and 6 years) who share this apartment together. One of our flatmates would like to enjoy living alone for a while and is moving out with a heavy heart.
We have been living together for a while and work in NGOs and in the IT sector, which means we all have a very regular rhythm and like to enjoy the nightlife and cultural life at the weekend (preferably indie and 80s parties, Gorki or pubs). We often work from home, so we're often at home during the day - but the size of the apartment means that we all have our own workspace. We like our cleaning schedule and are considerate of each other when living together.
We are vegetarians and eat together from time to time, chat a lot, like to get upset about the patriarchy and love games and Netflix.
Pro Sauberkeit & offenes Miteinander und einfach mit dir unsere eigene Art des Zusammenwohnens finden.
Sexismus, Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Homo-/Trans- und Interfeindlichkeit und Co gehen natürlich gar nicht!
Anmeldung ist möglich, die verbleibenden 3 Wg Mitglieder sind zur Zeit alle Hauptmieter und die neue WG Person würde einen Untermietvertrag bekommen. Lea (die auszieht) hätte gern einen Abschlag von 500 Euro für Sachen, der mit ihr direkt besprochen und verhandelt werden kann.

Tidiness and open communication are important to us. Against any kind of discrimination, so no to sexism, homophobia, racism etc.
Registration is possible, the remaining 3 flatmates are currently all main tenants and the new flatmate would get a sublease. Lea who is moving out would like 500 euro from the next person for stuff, but this can be discussed and negotiated with her directly.
