Erster Stock, Altbau mit Balkon (Süd-West), vom 11. Februar bis 25. März - sechs Wochen - für 800€. Es ist nah an U9, U8, U6, Ring und es gibt zwei Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke.
Wie ihr sehen könnt, ist es ein unfertiger kreativer Raum. In der Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 108 Quadratmetern leben zwei weitere Mitbewohner, ein Mann und eine Frau. Beide arbeiten und haben einen entsprechenden Tagesablauf. Sie sprechen, Englisch, Portugiesisch und natürlich Deutsch. Wir sind keine Party-WG. Wenn du nur nach Berlin kommst, um Hardcore-Techno-Party zu machen, ist das nicht dein Platz.

Hello, I am renting out my 25 square metre room in Berlin- Wedding between Nauenerplatz (2 minutes) and S-Wedding.
First floor, Altbau with balcony (south-west), from 11th February to 25th March - six weeks - for 800€. It's close to U9, U8, U6, Ring and there are two supermarkets right arround the corner.
As you can see it is an unfinished creative space. In the three-room flat with 108 square metres live two other flatmates, male and female. Both work and have corresponding routines. They are speaking, English, Portuguese and of course German.
