Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und hat zwei große Fenster mit tollem Lichteinfall und hohe Decken.
Außerdem ist es echt groß und hat den totalen Altbau Charme.
Liegt im Wedding. 5 Min zur U Osloer Straße von da aus fahren U 8 und U 9 überallhin und in 25min ist man in Mitte. Vor der Tür sind Cafés und die Panke zum spazieren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts auch genug mit Kaufland, Aldi, DM und Rewe und zu S+U Gesundbrunnen mit dem Gesundbrunnen Center sind es nur 15min.
Du würdest mit Lino und Oli zusammen wohnen. Lino ist sehr gesellig und hat oft Besuch und studiert, Oli macht sein Abitur und kocht super gut. Beide sind sehr lieb.
Das Zimmer kann als Durchgangszimmer benutzt werden, machen wir aber nur wenn die Tür sowieso offen steht das kann aber individuell abgeklärt werden.
Geraucht wird in der Küche die beiden anderen rauchen auch in ihren Zimmern.
Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind da.
