We are spontanously offering one sunny room in our shared flat with a sofa bed and some other furniture.
If needed we have a blanket, pillow and bedding.
The price is 480€ for the whole time, if you stay less, you pay per day. The deposit is 420€ NO ANMELDUNG.
We are two women in the flat and prefer FLINTA*
Closeby Sbahn (S1,S25) and bus (M27, 255, 250) station is Wollankstraße.
The connection to the city center is perfect, it takes about 20 mins, close to the Ringbahn, too.
There is a little stream Panke very close, surrounded by lots of green areas and parks.
The area is pretty chill, but has all necessities like supermarkets, restaurants etc.
Myself Neele, I'm a junior architect and Sanna studied textil design.
We like spending time in the evening from now and then, sit in the kitchen and chat, sometimes share food.
We respect each others boundaries and communicate open if something is bothering us.
Everyone has a responsibility for the home, but it's fun!
