Bis zur Ubahn sind es nur 5 min. In ca. 15 min seid ihr an der Friedrichstraße oder am Zoo.
In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, kleine Läden, günstige Imbisse und Cafés.
Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof. Dadurch sehr ruhig auch bei offenem Fenster.

Several Supermarkets, Shops, affordable takeaways, restaurants, cafés.
We're in the backyard, so it's pretty calm even with windows opened.

Ich suche eine freundliche, verantwortungsvolle und unkomplizierte Person für die WG.
+ Eine gewisse tägliche Routine ist mir wichtig und ich arbeite öfter auch zuhause am Schreibtisch.
+ Also keine Party-WG, aber gerne gemeinsame Unternehmungen:)
+ Gemeinsames Kochen & Essen ist immer eine gute Idee! gemeinsame Kaffee- oder Teepause am Nachmittag ebenso!
+ Sauberkeit und faire Aufgabenverteilung ist mir wichtig und es gibt einen Putzplan.
+ Ehrliche und direkte Kommunikation (Probleme gleich ansprechen) sollte auch funktionieren.
+ Bin schwul und ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander in der WG ist mir wichtig :)

+ I care about my daily routine and I work partly from home.
+ So, no party flatshare but we can spend time together :)
+ Cooking and sharing a meal is always a good idea! Coffee or tea in the afternoon too!

Ich weiß, dass die Wohnungssuche in Berlin sehr schwer und unangenehm sein kann. Lasst uns trotzdem gelassen und authentisch bei der Besichtigung bleiben, Danke! Besichtigungen kann ich unter der Woche meistens zwischen 17:30 und 19:30 einrichten. Oder am Samstag/ Sonntag am Nachmittag. Die genauen Termine natürlich erst nach Absprache.

I know that looking for a flat in Berlin can be very difficult and unpleasant. However, let's remain relaxed and authentic during the viewing of the flat, thank you! I can arrange viewings usually weekdays between 17:00 and 19:30. Or Sat, Sun in the afternoon. I will arrange the exact date and time with you beforehand of course.
