This 15 sqm room is quiet and has a nice view of the TV tower at Alexander Platz and the large green back yard. You can expect beautiful sunrises as the room faces southeast and is located on the top 5th floor. An elevator is available in the house.
The room is newly renovated and furnished with a queen-sized bed (140 cm x 200 cm), lots of storage space, and a desk. Availabble for you are also two shared bathrooms, one with a bathtub / shower (plus a washing machine) and one without. In the latter you will have your own bathroom cabinet. There is also a kitchen with a cosy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cofffee machine, kettle etc. You wil get your own fridge with an ice compartment and enough spaces to store your groceries. Wifi is also included in the rent!
The flat is located in the neighbourhood of Gesundbrunnen, which is part of the Mitte district.
Public transport connection brings you easily and quickly in every other district of the city.
Just a few minutes walking and you will find the subway station Voltastrasse (U8) 7 min away, S-Bahn 13 min away, and tram M10 13 min away.
Only 15 min. to Alexanderplatz, ´
26 min. to Brandenburg Gate,
16 min.to Hackescher Markt.
Supermarkets like Penny, Lidl, Aldi, and organic food stores (Denn's Biomarkt), shopping malls as well as restaurants and snack bars are within walking distance. This also applies to doctors' practices and pharmacies.
You will find popular parks nearby like historic Humboldthain and Mauerpark. Humboldthain has an outdoor swimming pool and Mauerpark is known for its famous Sunday fllea market and street food. Not far away you will also find the Berlin Wall Memorial.
I am half German and half Swedish and beside these languages I also speak English and French.

This flat is for non-smokers only and also partying, excessive drinking and inviting guests overnight without consulting me in advance are not allowed. The accommodation is not suitable for pets.
You will be sharing this spacious flat of 4 rooms with me and my cat "Cookie". I am a family person and enjoy spending time with my adult children. Some of them live in Berlin and others further away so I often travel to them. Sometimes they will visit me in return. I am interested in other cultures and enjoy travelling to other countries. I also like outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, swimming etc. or simply going to interesting places.
Initially, the room can be rented for a maximum of six months but with the option of further extension.
