Das Zimmer ist das größere der beiden. Das Fenster geht zum Hinterhof raus, ist demnach ruhiger gelegen.
Es gibt genug Platz für sowohl Bett, als auch einen Arbeits-/Esstisch und eine Couch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Sprengelkiez. Innerhalb von 5 min sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Cafés und der ÖPNV ( U9/ Bus 142) zu erreichen. Die Ringbahn bzw U6 und der Leopoldplatz sind Fußläufig 10 min entfernt.
Die Atmosphäre im Kiez ist sehr gediegen und die Bewohner durchmischt. Dadurch gibt es eine gut Funktionierende Nachbarschaft, die sich auch ( mehr oder minder) für Kiezbelange politisch Organisiert. Alle natürlich auf freiwilliger Basis.
Das WG-Leben liegt irgendwo zwischen Zweck-WG und eben doch nicht.
In der WG wird - beruflich bedingt - viel musiziert. Gerade bei der Einstudierung versuche ich mich an die „normalen“ Arbeitszeiten zu halten.
