Ich bin zwischen dem 25.05. bis Ende Juni für ca. 4 Wochen nicht in Berlin.
Mein Zimmer und meine Pflanzen freuen sich in dieser Zeit über etwas Aufmerksamkeit, weshalb ich dich zur Zwischenmiete hier suche. Über das Ein-und Auszugsdatum können wir dann genauer sprechen, allerdings ist das Zimmer definitiv nur bis Ende Juni verfügbar.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 qm groß und verfügt über alles, was man so zum Leben braucht : Ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl, diverse Lampen und Pflanzen fürs Ambiente. Platz im Schrank und auf der Kleiderstange werde ich auch lassen.
Es gibt ein gemütliches Sofa, das auch als Schlafcouch benutzt werden kann.
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist zwar relativ klein, dafür süß und heimelig. Wir liegen im Erdgeschoss, was sehr praktisch ist (keine Treppen! :D) und unser Bad hat eine Badewanne.
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 2 Minuten von der S-Wollankstraße entfernt. Von dort aus erreichst du in 5 Minuten den Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen. Es gibt diverse Supermärkte und Spätis in der Gegend. In 5 Minuten erreicht man auch das Grüne: Die wunderschöne Panke und den Bürgerpark Pankow sind quasi um die Ecke.
WG Leben:
Du wirst die Wohnung mit meinen beiden Mitbewohnerinnen teilen, die beide berufstätig sind. Daher ist es unter der Woche bei uns meistens sehr ruhig und zum Feiern verlassen wir die Wohnung ;)
Ich werde für die 4 Wochen eine kleine Kaution von 200 Euro verlangen, die du natürlich zurückbekommst, wenn alles passt. :)

I won't be in Berlin between May 25th and the end of June for approximately 4 weeks. During this time, my room and my plants would appreciate some attention, which is why I'm looking for someone to sublet it. We can discuss the exact move-in and move-out dates later, but the room will definitely only be available until the end of June.
The room is approximately 25 square meters and has everything you need for living: A bed, a desk, a chair, various lamps, and plants for ambiance. I'll also leave space in the closet and on the clothes rack. There's a cozy sofa that can also be used as a sleeper couch.
Apartment:
Though the apartment is relatively small, it's cute and cozy. We're on the ground floor, which is very convenient (no stairs! :D), and our bathroom has a bathtub.
Location:
The apartment is located approximately 2 minutes from S-Wollankstraße. From there, you can reach Gesundbrunnen station in 5 minutes. There are various supermarkets and convenience stores (Spätis) in the area. Also, within 5 minutes, you can reach green spaces: the beautiful Panke river and the Bürgerpark Pankow are practically around the corner.
Flat Life:
You'll be sharing the flat with my two flatmates, both of whom are working full time.Therefore, it's usually very quiet during the week, and we tend to leave the apartment to go on parties ;)
For the 4 weeks, I will require a small deposit of 200 euros, which you will naturally get back if everything is in order. :)
