• Available: 9.Juni. Rent for Juni: 500€.

• The room is right on the others side of Schillerpark.
• The furnished room includes: desk, desk chair, bed, closet (with hangers), shelf, stool and a bedside table.
• The flat is available until 30. September with possible extension - if interested please ask for more details.
• The room can only be rented out to one person.
• The room provides access to a kitchen, a bathroom and a small dining room.

You need 4min. by foot to the metro U6 Seestraße and the Tram M13/50. It takes 8min walking to Leopoldplatz. At U6 Seestraße you find several Supermarkts (Penny/Netto/Rewe), DM/Müller, a pharmacy and the Asian Market Vinh-Loi as well as cafés and restaurants.

I've been living with two boys and a girl since October. We are all aged between 24 and 29 and at different stages in our lives: studying and working.
I would say that our life together is very harmonious. Everyone does their own thing on the one hand, but we also like to get together in the kitchen to chat. As we have a small dining room, we occasionally have game nights.
We agreed that one person cleans once a weekend, which means that everyone has to clean once a month (bathroom, hallway, kitchen). But since we're all a bit flexible, we also switch spontaneously if someone is on vacation or traveling. We also let each other know when we have visitors.

Seit Oktober wohne ich mit zwei Jungs und einem Mädchen zusammen. Wir sind alle im Alter von 24 - 29 und in unterschiedlichen Lebensabschnitten: Studium und Arbeitsleben.
Ich würde sagen, dass unser Zusammenleben sehr harmonisch ist. Jeder macht auf der einen Seite sein eigenes Ding, aber auch kommen wir mal gerne in der Küche fürs Quatschen zusammen. Da wir ein kleines Esszimmer haben, kommt es häufiger mal zu Spieleabenden.
Wir haben es so geregelt, dass jeder einmal am Wochenende putzt, dass bedeutet jeden Monat ist jeder einmal mit dem Putzen (Bad, Flur, Küche) dran. Aber da wir alle etwas flexibel sind, wird auch spontan mal gewechselt, wenn einer im Urlaub oder auf Reise ist. Bei Besuch geben wir Einander Bescheid.
