Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat eine Gesamtgröße von 80 m², eine geräumige, voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche mit Herd, Backofen, Airfryer, Espressomaschine und allen anderen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock mit guter Isolierung, Zentralheizung, Parkettboden und einem Badezimmer. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler..

Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 17 m² groß. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 650 EUR all-inclusive (WLAN, Strom, Rundfunk- und Fernsehgebühren usw.) und die Kaution 350 Euro.,

Du bist in der Nähe des Rehberge Volksparks, wo du die Natur genießen kannst. Der nächste Supermarkt (Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi, Penny, Netto) ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Art der Wohngemeinschaft:
Auch wenn wir nur eine kurze Zeit zusammenleben werden, ist es wichtig, dass wir uns grundsätzlich mögen und die Wohnung auf einem vernünftigen Sauberkeitsniveau halten :D Es ist in Ordnung, wenn wir uns nur begrüßen und ansonsten in unseren Zimmern bleiben. Aber ich bin auch offen dafür, wenn du gerne zusammen kochen möchtest, Aktivitäten teilen oder zusammen eine Show genießen möchtest. Du entscheidest, womit du dich wohl fühlst :)

Wenn du daran interessiert bist, mit mir eine Wohnung zu teilen, würde ich es begrüßen, wenn du mir ein wenig über dich selbst schreibst und warum du nach Berlin kommen möchtest. Das Zimmer ist für einen Monat vermietet. Wenn du länger bleiben möchtest und wir uns wirklich gut verstehen, können wir das natürlich besprechen..

I am seeking a flatmate for my lovely, spacious shared 3-room apartment. The flat is fully furnished and covers a total area of 80 m², featuring a roomy, fully equipped communal kitchen with a stove, oven, air fryer, espresso machine, and all other appliances. The apartment is located on the first floor with good insulation, central heating, parquet flooring, and one bathroom. Additionally, there is a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The room available for rent is 17 mm². The monthly rent is 650 EUR all-inclusive (WiFi, electricity, radio, and TV license fee, etc.) with a deposit of 350 Euro.,

Location:
There are many small bars, restaurants, and shopping options nearby. The U6 Rehberge station is a 6-minute walk away. You are close to Rehberge Volkspark, where you can enjoy the natural surroundings. The nearest supermarkets (Penny, Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi) are a 10-15 minute walk away. There is a good variety of different restaurants and many bars.

Flatshare Type:
Even if we will only spend a short time living together, it is important that we get along on a basic level and maintain the flat at a reasonable level of cleanliness :D It’s fine if we just greet each other and otherwise keep to our rooms. But I am also open if you’d like to cook together, share activities, or enjoy a show together. You decide what you are comfortable with :))
