[DE] In meiner 2er-WG in Berlin-Wedding wird ab dem 1. Mai bis zum 30. Juni ein voll möbliertes Zimmer frei – ein früherer Einzug ist nach Absprache möglich. Wichtig zu wissen: Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich
Das Zimmer ist etwa 25 m² groß, sehr hell und hat sogar einen eigenen Balkon – perfekt, um die Frühlingssonne zu genießen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und wurde vor Kurzem renoviert; sie ist insgesamt in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett (inkl. Schubladen für zusätzlichen Stauraum), einem Schreibtisch, Regal, Lampen, Kleiderständer ausgestattet. Frische Bettwäsche ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Airfryer!) sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne.
[EN] A bright, fully furnished room is available in my lovely 2-bedroom flatshare in Berlin-Wedding from May 1st to June 30th (with a bit of flexibility for an earlier move-in, if needed). Just a heads-up: registration (Anmeldung) unfortunately isn’t possible. The room is around 25 m², super sunny, and even has its own private balcony — perfect for enjoying the spring weather. The flat is on the first floor and was recently renovated, so everything’s in great shape. The room comes with a king-size bed (with built-in drawers for storage), a desk, shelves, lamps, a clothes rack, and fresh bedding. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen (including an Airfryer!) and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub.
[DE] Die Lage ist echt super: Direkt an der U6 Seestraße und nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Leopoldplatz (U9 und U6) entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt’s alles, was man braucht: Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants, Fitnessstudios und Parks. Das Viertel ist lebendig, vielfältig und trotzdem angenehm entspannt – perfekt, um sich schnell wohlzufühlen.
[EN] The location is honestly great — right by the U6 Seestraße and just a few minutes' walk from Leopoldplatz (U6 and U9). You’ll find everything you need in the area: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, gyms, and parks. The neighborhood is lively and diverse, but still has a relaxed vibe — perfect for settling in quickly and feeling at home.
[DE] Du würdest die Wohnung mit mir teilen. Ich heiße Chiara, bin 30 Jahre alt, komme aus Italien und lebe schon seit über 8 Jahren in Berlin. Gerade promoviere ich in Allgemeiner und Vergleichender Literaturwissenschaft, deshalb bin ich oft in der Bibliothek oder an der Uni anzutreffen. Wenn ich aber zu Hause bin, genieße ich es, mich zu entspannen und ab und zu zu quatschen. Mir ist wichtig, dass wir ein entspanntes Miteinander haben, bei dem jeder auch seinen eigenen Freiraum hat – aber natürlich auch mal Zeit für ein nettes Gespräch oder eine gemeinsame Aktivität bleibt.

Right now, I’m working on my PhD in Comparative Literature, which means I spend a lot of time in the library or at university. When I’m home, I enjoy relaxing, but I also like having a good chat with my flatmate now and then. I value a harmonious living environment, where we can have our own space, but also enjoy some company and share a bit of laughter when the mood strikes.
