Hey ihr Suchenden,
weil meine liebe Mitbewohnerin ab November nach Hamburg zieht, wird ihr schönes Zimmer frei. Wie Du auf den Photos erkennen kannst ist die Wohnung recht großzügig geschnitten. Couch in der großen Küche, riesiges Bad und ein feiner Flur!
Aber was nützt die tollste Wohnung, wenn der Mitbewohner nicht passt?! Deswegen zu mir:
Ich bin ein ehemaliger Tontechnik-Student, der gerade seine Bachelorarbeit schreibt, sein Herz an die Musik verloren hat, kocht (und nicht nur Kaffee), für viel Spaß zu haben ist, gerne Tanzen geht (Indie, Rock usw.) und auch sonst ein dufter Typ ist.
Ich könnte jetzt noch 1000 Vorteile zur Wohnung aufzählen (U8 vor der Tür, M10 in der Nähe, Gesundbrunnen, Mauerpark, Humboldthain, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten en masse usw.) - mach ich aber nicht ;)
