The flats common space is quite small. So, there is always a good chance to meet and chat.
An open door policy is common as it's totally fine to close the door and take your private time.
As I travel regularly to Cologne there will be only two people in the flat mostly.
Cleaning :
There is a weekly rotating cleaning schedule.
3 people 3 rooms - kitchen, bath entrance hall.
Shopping opportunities are plenty.
Here is a supermarket in 3 min reach.
A whole shopping street is 7 minutes away. There you get everything for the daily living.
I recommend the Turkish Food shop.
It's delicious, good quality with low prices.
