Hello!
Me (I'm a film scholar/archivist and artist) and my beautiful cat Maya offer a big Altbau room in Wedding, 550€ total, approx. 26qm, wooden floor, on request semi-furnished (brand new mattress, desk, chair).
The entire flat is rather large with 95qm, there's a third room which we'd share as dining/living room. The kitchen is by now renovated (more pictures will be uploaded soon; sorry for the poor quality of the photos.).
The cat (british shorthair, 3 1/2 years) is very clean, house-trained and very sweet. She mainly spends her days&nights in my room, but loves company when I'm at work (full-time, Mo-Fr). I have a lot of reading, research and writing to do – so we are a quiet WG.
The room is available from June 20-August 25.
Minimum stay of 4 weeks.
Ideal traffic connection to Mitte/Kreuzberg/Neukölln etc.:
Reinickendorfer Str. directly at U9 Station Nauener Platz. U6 Leopoldplatz, U8 Osloerstr./Pankstr., several Tram and Bus Stations and Ring-Bahn Station Wedding is within walking distance.
Just around the corner: park Humboldthain, lake Plötzensee and Tegelersee, various bars and restaurant and the beautiful Panke Ufer (very beautiful spots along the canal!)
I have a lot of reading, research and writing to do – so we are a quiet WG.
