I'm renting a room in my beautiful apartment, 85 sq.m in Wedding, renovated in 2011.
Move in and out dates can be a bit flexible.
The flat has two spacious rooms (21sq.m), both with double bed and wardrobe, a spacious living room (30sq.m) with a 50' TV, big sofa, two armchairs and a long dinner table (140-220 cm).
The bathroom has been completely renovated in october 2019.
The kitchen, with a small table for breakfast, has already everything to cook and eat, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and a big fridge (180cm).
Internet 50mb of course is included.
If you are interested, please write me a message and introduce yourself (age, occupation what are you doing in berlin, something about your character and habits) and I'll be happy to show you the apartment!
The connection with Berlin downtown is excellent. With the u9 (station nauenerplatz), only 2 min distance by walk, it's possible to get in 10 min straight to Zoologischer Garten station, 11 min to Friedrichstr., and 15 min to Alexanderplatz.
Many supermarkets in the neighbourhood (aldi and netto 250 m distance, penny and lidl 350 m distance, edeka 500 m), bakeries, and a fantastic turkish shop with fresh vegetables and fruit right on the way to the station.
The big gesundbrunnen shopping center is only 5 min away with the ubahn.
Nearby also a huge park (schillerpark) and a wonderful small lake (schafersee).
Sonstiges:
If you are interested i will gladly send some more picture of the apartment.
If you are a musician and are looking for a place where you can also practice, here there is the possibility to play instruments for at least 6 hours a day.
