Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschütztem Altbau mit hohen Decken und liegt in wunderbar ruhiger Lage (Berlin Reinickendorf an der Grenze zur Mitte ) - 2min. zu Fuß von U-Bhf. Franz Neumann Platz (U8) entfernt in einer Seitenstraße.
Alle notwendigen Einkaufsläden (Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Netto, Kaufland etc.) sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar (Entfernung ca. 200-300m).
Mit der U8 seid ihr außerdem nur 1 Station von der U9 (Osloerstr.), 3 Stationen von der Ringbahn und 8 Stationen (ca.15min) vom Alexanderplatz entfernt.

The flat is laying in the 3. floor of an house which is protected as a historic monument and is located in very quiet position - 2 minutes (by foot) from U-Bhf. Franz Neumann Platz (U8).
All necessary shops (Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Netto, Kaufland etc.) are in short range (ca. 200-300m).
With U8 you are only one station away from Osloerstr. (U9), 3 stations from "Ringbahn" and 8 stations (ca.15 min.) from Alexanderplatz.

Ich habe in Berlin mehr als 15 Jahre lang gelebt doch nun bin ich beruflich nach Stuttgart gezogen. In Berlin habe ich noch eine Tochter aus meiner ersten Ehe, die ich oft besuchen komme, auch wenn das immer seltener der Fall ist da die Kleine langsam in die Pubertät kommt und "der Alte" dann vorerst immer unwichtiger wird und sie lieber mit ihren Mädels "abhängt". Früher war ich jedes 2. WE in Berlin, doch mittlerweile komme ich nur noch alle 6-8 Wochen.

Auch wenn ich nicht ständig da bin, so heißt es nicht dass ich nichts mit den Mitbewohnern zu tun haben will. Ich werde euch gerne bei den ersten Schritten in Berlin helfen und euch (falls gewünscht) Paar Ratschläge geben.

Momentan lebt eine Mitbewohnerin in dem kleineren Zimmer der Wohnung. Sie hat einen geregelten Tagesablauf und wenn du Student/in bist kannst du dich also in Wohnung ohne weiteres auf die Uni konzentrieren.


I lived in Berlin for more than 15 years but now I have moved to Stuttgart. In Berlin I still have a daughter from my first marriage, whom I visit often, even if this is increasingly rare as the little girl slowly enters puberty and "the old man" then becomes less and less important for the moment and she prefers to "hang out" with her girls. I used to be in Berlin every 2nd WE, but now I come only every 6-8 weeks.

Even though I'm not always there, it doesn't mean I don't want anything to do with my roommates. I will be happy to help you with your first steps in Berlin and (if you wish) give you some advice.

At the moment a nice flatmate lives in the smaller room of the apartment. She has a regular daily routine and if you are a student you can easily concentrate on university in your apartment.

Das wichtigste vorneweg. Ihr bekommt einen RICHTIGEN MIETVERTRAG und könnt euch selbstverständlich beim Bürgeramt POLIZEILICH ANMELDEN.
Die Wohnung (und das zu vermietende Zimmer) ist komplett möbliert, sprich ihr braucht nichts außer eurem Bettzeug, euren Handtücher und euren Klamotten mitnehmen (wobei es in der Wohnung auch gemeinsame Handtücher gibt). Alles andere ist schon in der Wohnung.
Ich bin täglich unter der unten angegebenen Handy-Nr. erreichbar (SMS, WhatsApp, Viber) oder über Mail, bitte aber nicht tagsüber anrufen da ich arbeiten muss - deswegen die Bitte um eine Nachricht. Ich werde am kommenden WE (Freitag 30. Oktober - Sonntag 01. November) wieder in Berlin sein, so falls ihr Interesse habt und euch die Wohnung angucken wollt könnt ihr euch gerne melden und wir machen etwas aus.
Da die Anfrage nach dem Zimmer sehr hoch ist und ich weder eure noch meine Zeit verschwenden möchte, schreibt mir bitte in der Nachricht kurz etwas über euch (Name, wo ihr herkommt, wie lange ihr in Berlin seid, was ihr in Berlin macht, womit ihr euer Geld verdient um die Miete zu bezahlen, was sind eure Hobbies etc.) und ich werde gemeinsam mit meiner Frau eine Vorauswahl treffen und mich dann bei euch melden.
WEGEN CORONA: Um auf eure/meine Gesundheit Rücksicht zu nehmen, kommt bitte auf alle Fälle mit einer Maske zur Wohnungsbesichtigung.

The most important thing first. You will get a REAL RENTAL CONTRACT and of course you can REGISTER at POLICE (civil office).
The flat (and the room for rent) is completely furnished, so it means you only have to take your bedding, your towels and your clothes with you. Everything else is already in the flat.
I can be reached daily over the cell phone (SMS, WhatsApp, Viber - nr see below) or via E-Mail, but please don't call during working hours - therefore the wish for a message.
Next weekend (Friday 30. October - Sunday 01. November) I will be again in Berlin so if you are interested in the flat you can call me and we can meet so you can visit the flat.
Since the request for a room is very high and I don't want to waste your or my time, please write me a short letter about you (name, where you come from, how long you are in Berlin, what are you doing in Berlin, with what you earn your money to pay the rent, what are your hobbies etc.) and I will make a preselection together with my wife and then contact you.
