Hello everybody, we are Sven and Ivana and we are looking for a new roommate for our appartment,
we have a room free starting from 1st of march in our nice apartment in wedding 1 minute walking from Ringbahn S41-S42 and U6 Ubahn and 6 minutes with bus to mainstation (hauptbahnhof)
which is a great location near everything.
You also have Kaisers, Netto, Karstadt and some really good food places a few steps away. also we have a cinema just in front of our house (see the picture)
the
room is around 12 Square meters and
is furnitured with a bed and warderobe, thereby we have a shared livingroom of around 45 square meters
also we have a basement with more than enough storage for everything you dont
need in your room
The apartment is 100 sqm and
will be shared by Sven, who is a technician, and Ivana (a sales manager) We are both easy going and funny 29-34 year olds and we mainly speak english, (you can call or write me in english dutch kroatian or german)
in the weekend we drink a beer or go out and do fun stuff like festivals and other nice partys
through the week we usually hangout in the livingroom and take a bite and a beer together while watching a movie or series on our big 4 meter projector screen
we like to have a nice and clean appartment, but we dont want to be cleaning all the time, thats why we have someone cleaning the appartment for 3 hours a week, this is included in the price
