ich suche ab sofort eine/n Mitbewohner/in für eine hübsche Wohnung nahe U-Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. Es handelt sich um ein renoviertes Zimmer mit hellgrau verputzen Wänden und abgeschliffenen Dielen. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett und Bettzeug, Stuhl, Kleiderstange, Regal, Teppich, Jalousien, Deckenlicht und Stehleuchte möbliert.
Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Töpfen etc. ausgestattet. Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschine und Trockner. Außerdem ist ein Fahrradkeller vorhanden.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in nur 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. Von hier aus erreicht man in kürzester Zeit, die City-Ost (Mitte) oder West. Auch der Virchow-Campus (Charité) und die Stadtautobahn sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
In der Berufstätigen-WG wohnt die Woche über bereits ein berufstätiger sympathischer Mann. Es ist geplant die Allgemeinflächen 2-wöchentlich über einen Putzdienst reinigen zu lassen. Dies ist in dem Pauschalpreis bereits enthalten.
Ich bin gespannt, auf Eure Zuschriften. Besichtigungen sind ab sofort möglich.
