Wir suchen zum 1.7. eine netten Nachmieter für ein gemütliches, helles Zimmer. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet und es gibt genug Platz, um alles Wichtige unterzubringen. Die Wohnung sieht noch sehr neu aus (wurde vor ca. 1,5 Jahr renoviert) und unsere Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat Platz zum Sitzen. Die Küche hat auch einen direkten Zugang zum Hof! Das Zimmer kann ggf. schon ein paar Tage früher bezogen werden (nach Absprache).
We are looking for a nice house mate to rent a lovely room. It is rented unfurnished and there’s enough space for everything necessary. The entire flat looks fairly new since it was renovated about a year ago, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We have direct access to the court yard! The room might be free already a few days before July.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, 4 Minuten vom Nauener Platz (U9) entfernt und ist auch an die Tram sehr gut angebunden. Die U8 (Osloer Straße) kann man ebenfalls in 10 Minuten erreichen. Zur HU und TU ist es von uns aus wirklich nicht weit und auch die FU kann man gut mit U9 und U3 erreichen. In unserer Straße gibt es einen Netto und etwas weiter entfernt einen Lidl. Sonntags kann man auch beim Bio-Markt am Gesundbrunnen einkaufen, wenn man was vergessen hat 😊 Zu Fuß kann man auch den Schiller-Park und Humboldthain erreichen, z.B. zum Joggen.
The flat is 4 mins away from Nauener Platz (U9) and also well connected to tram lines. It’s also easy to reach U8 (Osloer Straße) in less than 10 mins. We are not far away from HU and TU, and you could easily reach FU with U9 and U3 as well. There’s a Netto in our street and a Lidl a bit further away. On Sundays you can go to the Bio-Markt at Gesundbrunnen in case you forget to buy something :) Schiller-Park and Humboldthain are within foot range if you’d like some jogging.
Wir sind eine nette WG, die aus zwei Studenten, Guanlin (Informatik) und Saskia (Architektur) besteht. Wir suchen einen netten Mitbewohner, der ordentlich ist und auch ein eher ruhiges WG-Leben bevorzugt. Wir haben einen Putzplan und wechseln uns jede Woche mit Küche/Bad/Flur ab.
We are a nice WG of two students, Guanlin (Computer engineering) and Saskia (Architecture). We are looking for a nice tenant (long-term) who is tidy and would enjoy a rather quiet flat share. We have a cleaning schedule that alternates between the rooms every week. In the daytime we are often on the move because of uni and evenings tend to our hobbies.
