Hallo Zwischenmieterin!
Ich vermiete ein helles und minimalistisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit 25qm nur an Nichtraucher. Es bietet aufgrund des großen Bettes und der ruhigen Umgebung einen Ort der Entspannung, zudem auch einen großen Arbeitsplatz (Holztisch auf Rollen).
Ein großer Holzkleiderschrank ist vorhanden. Ein paar persönliche Sachen sind drin, die aber ordentlich weggepackt sind. Eine Kaution von 500€ ist vor dem Einzug zu überweisen.
(Geheizt wird über eine Elektroheizung.)

I am subletting my room for 6 month in a wonderful and lively surrounding. I have a very lovely flatmate and I'd love to accept someone who's congenially nice and tidy.
In my big room you can find a bed build on a low bookshelf, a big wardrobe and a wooden desk on rolls. The deposit is 500€. There's an electric oven.
I'll let some of my belongings neatly packed in the room, but it should not bother you, since it doesn't really claim much the useable space (e.g. on top of the wardrobe, under the bed).
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut: Du hast Anbindungen an die U8, U9, den Bus M27 und Trams. Der S-Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, von den konventionellen Supermärkten bis hin zu türkischen, afrikanischen, arabischen Shops und Imbisse. Ein Bio-Supermarkt ist am Gesundbrunnen, ebenso ein Shoppingcenter. Meines Erachtens ist die Gegend heterogen. Zudem besteht ein Mix aus Zugezogenen und Alteingesessenen.

Mein Mitbewohnerin ist eine unfassbar tolle Person! Ich liebe sie sehr und wünsche ihr eine/n saubere/n und nette/n Zwischenmieter/in.
Bei Fragen kann man sich jedoch immer an sie oder mich wenden.
Das Küchenequipment wird geteilt, aber jeder kauft für sich Nahrungsmittel ein.

Ich wünsche mir für meine WG eine friedliche Zwischenmieterin, die ehrlich und ruhig ist. Partys wollen wir in unserer Ruhe-Oase nicht, da mein Mitbewohner manchmal zuhause arbeitet. Es wird absolut nicht geraucht, auch nicht am Fenster. Wir bitten um Ordnung (basic, nicht hyperadvanced), sind aber selber nicht dem Sauberkeitswahn verfallen. Abwaschen sollte jede/r seins.
Falls der Schlüssel verloren geht, sollte das bei mir gemeldet werden. Ebenso falls irgendetwas anderes verloren/kaputt geht. Auch hier beziehen wir uns auf gegenseitiges Vertrauen (und die Kaution).
Bei Fragen etc. bin ich gerne da, um zu helfen.
