Ich bin für mehrere Wochen nicht da und möchte das Zimmer ungern ungenutzt stehen lassen. Ich vermiete tageweise unter.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hat alles was man braucht. Altbau, Lage ist gut, Essenangebote und Einkaufsläden gibt es reichlich in der Umgebung, die U-Bahn ist nah.
Also, wem das Timing passt, meldet euch. Ich möchte keine großartigen Kennenlerngespräche oder einen Bewerbungsprozess durchführen. Wenn ihr eine Butze für die Zeit braucht - sagt direkt zu und dann machen wir uns was aus für Vertrag, Kaution und Schlüsselübergabe.
