Hi, I am moving in with my boyfriend and my room will be available at least for a while.
I am searching for a NON smoking, clean, responsibile and pet friendly nice person for my room.
My cat Zorro will mostly come back to the apartment when I travel, so the ideal person is a real cat enthusiast!
The place is fully furnished and is put together with lots of love. Washing machine and dishwasher are there, the stove is induction and the kitchen is also really nice with all the jazz that you need, or at least definitely most of it!
My room is available from around the 20th October or beginning of November (we can discuss about it) throughout the springtime (May / June or so, we can talk about it too).
The room has a fold out bed (comfy!), a chest of drawers, clothes hanger, table, shelves etc
My current flatmate is going travelling very soon so we will try to have some viewings ASAP.
*Please* don't waste time (yours and mine!) writing if you are not 200% fine with the idea of having a cat around and with a smoke free place.
The apartment is in Wedding Rehberge, 4-5 minutes from the Ubahn.
The Kaufland is about 10 min away and there is a Tante Emma Laden for small things only 1 min away.
The area is defintely not the most lively in Berlin but is quiet and you can find everything you need.
There is much green around and the Rehberge park is just a few steps away. I love this neighboorhood <3
I am in the process of moving somewhere else so I will rent out my room. The place is my own.
My cat grew up and lived here for a few years so the agreement with the current flatmate is that he will sometimes be here while I travel - you should have not problem with that, and maybe be happy about it too :)
He knows the place very well and it would be good for us if he could come back here while I travel - so a pet loving person / cat enthusiast is what we are looking for :) Win - win for everybody! (needless to say, I would obviously provide all that is needed)
We are searching for a quiet respectuful and clean person with whom is possible to sit around the kitchen table to have a coffee or tea or eat something together and have a bit of a chat.
The place is not that big so having a visitor once every while is ok (boyfriend/girlfriend etc is no problem of course), but we shall be considerate with each other's space.
Nebenkosten included: water, heating, what comes from the Hausverwaltung to pay every month.
"Sonstiges Nebenkosten" are electricity and internet, which are also included.
(Note that if you use the resources wastefully, we will obviously have to calculate some differences)
You need to be clean and be able to keep an apartment with respect.
