Ich werde am 10.11. ausziehen und suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein wunderschönes Zimmer mit abgezogenem Dielenboden und schönen, hohen Altbaudecken mit Stuckverzierung.
Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön, mit langem Badezimmer mit Badewanne, einer schönen Küche mit Balkon und einem Flur.

I will leave my wonderful room in Wedding at the 10th of November. The room has a beautiful wooden floor and beautiful high ceiling with stucco.
The appartment is very nice cut, with a long strechted bathroom, including a bathtub, a nice kitchen with balkony and the hallway.
Die Wohnung ist super an den ÖPNV angebunden. Man braucht 2 Minuten bis zur U Rehberge. Von dort aus erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof in 18 Minuten, den Flughafen in 15 Minuten und den Kudamm/Mitte in 20 Minuten.
The appartment is very well situated and publich transport is reachable with 2 minutes (U Rehberge). To get to the central train station it is only 18 minutes. To Flughafen Tegel only 15 minutes. Kudamm/Mitte about 20 minutes.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich ganz entspannt. Mal kocht man was zusammen, aber es kann auch jeder für sich sein. Sauberkeit ist sehr wichtig.
Dein Mitbewohner Stephan (31) studiert Medizinphysik im Master und ist auch gerne mal für ein Bierchen zu haben.
Living together with your roommate Stephan is very easy-going. Sometimes we like to cook together and have a beer, but it is also totally okay to have your own space and close the door. Cleanliness is very imporant!
Stephan studies Medical Physics (Master).
Wäre super wenn der Schrank (60€) und/oder das Bett (150€ mit Matratze) übernommen werden könnte.
Would be great if you would keep the closet (60€) and/or the bed (150€ with matress). It is not a must though!
