Das Zimmer ist 15qm und kostet 270€. Dort scheint morgens/ vormittags viel Sonne rein.
Im Zimmer wird eine 2er Schlafcouch sein, große verdunkelnde Vorhänge und Bett . Des weiteren hat mein Fahrrad den Umzug nicht mitgemacht. Diese Dinge und weiteres Inventar aus der Wohnung können anschließend auch gern übernommen werden.
Die WG liegt 2 min Fußweg von der Panke Promenade entfernt, dort kann man schön laufen und kommt zum Bürgerpark Pankow. In der Nähe befinden sich:
Bus 255 (1 min) und M27 (10 min)
Tram M50 (5 min)
U Osloer (10 min)
S Wollankstraße und S Bornholmer
Penny, Kaufland, POCO, Spätis sind auch um die Ecke.
Eine saubere Wohnung und ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander sind wünschenswert :)
zum 1. September endet unser Mietvertrag. Es wird einige Möbelstücke geben, die bei Auszug mitgenommen werden können. Für einen Wohnungstausch gegen eine 1 bis 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Wedding sind wir offen.
