Ab dem 15. Juni suchen wir einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er WG im ewig kommenden Wedding, da es unsere liebe Luisa an die Bornholmer Straße zieht. Wir sind Laura ( 25, Studentin/Tiermedizin) und Piet (31, Musiker & Musikpädagoge). Wir suchen jemanden, der/die offen und entspannt ist und irgendwo zwischen 24 und 33 Jahren alt ist. Dein Zimmer ist ca 14qm groß, hat einen schönen Laminatboden und ein Fenster zum Hinterhof raus. Es bekommt trotzdem noch genügend Licht. Unsere WG liegt im dritten Stock eines sanierten Altbaus mit hohen Decken, Dielenboden und wir haben einen großen gemütlichen Wohnflur mit Sofa.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet und ist unbefristet.

Starting from the 15th of June we’re looking for a new flatmate in the ever up and coming Wedding since our beloved Luisa is moving somewhere else. We are Laura (25, student/veterinary medicine) and Piet (31, musician/music instructor). We’re looking for someone who is open-minded, easy going and somewhere between 24 and 33. Your room is about 14m² having a nice laminate floor and a windows facing the backyard. It’s pretty quiet and bright. Our flat is situated in a renovated old house with high ceilings and nice plank floor with a spacious and cozy hall with a sofa.
The room will be rented unfurnished and long-term.
Die U8 Pankstraße ist weniger als 5 Fußminuten entfernt, U9 Osloer Straße ca 10min, S-Bahn/Wedding/U6 in 8min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, Gesundbrunnen mit der Ringbahn und S1/2 ca 10 Minuten entfernt. Mit der U8 ist man schnell am Alexanderplatz oder in Kreuzberg/Neukölln. Spätis und Dönerläden (Imren!) gibts direkt vor der Tür, in der Badstraße gibts Supermärkte, Obsthändler, Apotheken und alles was man hier nicht findet gibts bestimmt im Gesundbrunnencenter (denn’s hat sogar sonntags offen). Joggen kann man zum Beispiel an der Panke oder im Humboldthain, wo auch der Flakturm einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Weddinger Skyline bietet. Ein paar nette Bars und Cafe’s gibt’s hier auch, die können wir dann gemeinsam erkunden :)

U8 Pankstraße is less than five minutes away by foot. On the U8 you can get to Alexanderplatz in about 15 minutes and Kreuzberg/Neukölln is just a few stations further. Gesundbrunnen with S41/S42 (Ringbahn), S1,S2 is about a ten minute walk away, so we're well connected. U9 Osloer Straße is also 10 minutes by foot and S/U Wedding about 8 minutes by bike.
Spätis (Kiosks) and various kebab restaurants are just outside the door and in Brunnenstraße there are supermarkets, grocery shops, pharmacies and everything you might possibly need. In Gesundbrunnen Centre mall there is also a denn’s organic supermarket that’s open on Sundays.
If you‘re into jogging you can go for a run along the Panke canal or in Humboldthain Park where there’s also the lovely (read: brutal) Flak tower with breathtaking views of the Wedding skyline :)
There are also a few nice Bars and cafes hidden somewhere, we’ll show you :)
Wir halten uns für entspannte und umgängliche Menschen, hängen gerne mal zusammen in der Küche auf nen Kaffee (Bialetti und Milchaufschäumer sind ein must-have) oder Weinchen ab. Öfters kochen wir auch zusammen, bei uns dann vegetarisch/vegan, da sind wir aber nicht missionarisch. Meistens läuft irgendwo Musik, wir spielen beide Gitarre und gehen gerne auf Konzerte. Laura sittet ab und zu (süße) Hunde, deshalb wäre es toll, wenn du auch tierlieb wärst. Wenn Zeit und Kontostand es zulassen sind wir gerne auf Reisen. Bei allem schönen Zusammensein braucht natürlich auch jeder Zeit für sich. Wenn das für dich sympathisch klingt und du glaubst, dass du hier gut reinpassen würdest schreib uns ein paar Zeilen zu dir. Wir freuen uns drauf dich kennenzulernen!

We consider ourselves relaxed and easy-going people. We like to hang out together in the kitchen for a coffee or wine and cook (vegetarian or vegan dishes, but that’s up to you :) ) There’s always music somewhere and we both play guitar and like live music.From time to time Laura is taking care of (cute) dogs, so it would be great if you liked animals :) We would travel more if we had more money, so maybe we can share some stories. As much as we enjoy spending time together, of course everyone needs time on their own. If that all sounds great and you think you could fit in with us, write us a message!
